Is the housing market picking up?
In short, not yet. Active listings stayed flat for the week and only 11 new listings hit the market. However, of those new listings nearly half sold in the first 7 days, great news for sellers.
Historically, the market starts to heat up after the Super Bowl so stay tuned.
