The median sales price of a home in our neighborhood is $363,000 up 3.7% from this time last year.
2️⃣ If I were to sell today, how long would it take?
In December, homes were selling on average in 29 days. However, this is changing rapidly as we head into the New Year.
Currently there are only 20 homes on the market in our neighborhood and 3 out of 4 the homes listed last week sold right away.
