Where's the spring market?
We haven't seen nearly as many houses hit the market as we do in a typical spring. Why? One reason is that many home owners are reluctant to sell after locking in low interest rates during the pandemic. It may take the 30yr mortgage to come down before we see those folks willing to sell.
