The Housing Market is not Crashing!
There are a lot of bad headlines in the news regarding the housing market. "The market is crashing." "It's 2008 all over again."
This just isn't true for our Nokomis neighborhood. The craziness of the past 2 years is gone, but buyer demand is strong, mortgage rates have fallen, and houses are selling.
