The spring market is here!
The two most important things happening in the real estate market surrounding Lake Nokomis.
1) the median price for a home stayed flat at $370,000 up 3.8% from last March.
2) the median time to sell a home fell dramatically to 7 days. There are only 22 homes on the market in our neighborhood and of the 19 new homes listed last week, 11 sold in the first 7 days.
Buyer demand is strong and inventory is low. It is a great time to sell.
