Are houses in Minneapolis still selling?
I've been getting this question a lot lately. Here's what the data says over the past two weeks for Nokomis:
Number of listings: 14
Under contract: 7 (all sold the first weekend on market)
Percentage: 50%
Buyer demand is strong with mortgage rates near their 18 month lows at 6%. This should continue as we get closer to spring.
The number of new listings will continue to rise as well.
