One minute market update - May 2025
The two most important things happening in the real estate market surrounding Lake Nokomis.
1) the median price for a home fell to $365,000 down from last month but up 1.4% from last April.
2) the median time to sell a home rose to 10 days, however, of the 19 homes listed last week, nearly half sold in less than 7 days. Inventory of available homes remains low and buyer demand is high.
