Nate worked very hard to find us a Cooperative living that takes a small dog. His diligence and patience with us was amazing. Once he found us the perfect place he helped us secure a Heloc loan so we could secure this place even before we listed our townhome. Once he listed our townhome, we had a number of offers the first weekend he listed it and it was sold and closed in less than a month.
