Nate was a big help with getting our new home. We were lucky to find the home we wanted on the first day looking with him. There were already a bunch of offers and the deadline to make an offer was the next morning. Nate helped us figure out what we needed to make the strongest offer we could and we ended up with our dream house.

Nate always gave us his honest opinion when we asked and had great recommendations when we needed them. He helped us every step of the way towards closing. I don't think we would have our new home without his help.
