Looking to buy in 2024 or early 2025? Here are three reasons why now may be a good time.
1) Active inventory is up. Homes for sale has reached the highest level since November 2023.
2) Falling Rates. Rates have fallen to their lowest levels since February 2024 and are predicted to continue to fall.
3) Less competition for homes. Many buyers have decided to wait for falling rates and will jump back in the market once rates fall. Multiple offers will be more common the lower rates fall.
